Entersoft has an immediate opening for full-time CRM & Mobile Implementation Consultant for the team in Bucharest. The position requires skills in support, analysis, guidance for Entersoft S.A Software Solutions in Mobile Applications and CRM.
The successful candidates will join the Services Department, reporting to the Department’s Head of Services
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of customers’ needs and design of CRM & Mobile projects solution requirements.
- Installation, customization, consulting and training services.
- Provision of solutions and problem solving in respect to software.
Desired Skills and Experience
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other equivalent discipline
- A Postgraduate title (MSC) in relevant field will be considered a competitive advantage.
- 2 – 4 years of working experience or good understanding of the business processes in one of the following areas:
- IT projects based on ERP, Mobile or CRM solutions
- Business Consulting in ERP, Mobile or CRM solutions
- Enterprise applications in Apple iOS, Android, Windows Phone devices and tablets
- Very good knowledge and experience in SQL databases and XML constructs
- Fluency in English language (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a team and under strict time deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
